- Contact & Terms – Together we define the type of cargo, required certifications, planned routes, and rental period. We set up the framework for a long-term contract and agree on a fixed rental rate valid throughout the agreement.
- Trailer Selection – We match the tank trailer to your technical requirements and certifications, including ADR, L4BH, L4BN, GMP+, Sanitary-Food, and Veterinary standards.
- Preparation – Before handover, we perform thorough cleaning and disinfection, a full technical inspection, and documentation check. Rental includes full liability and comprehensive insurance, all required certificates, and regulatory compliance.
- Handover – A technical and equipment condition report is issued, and we deliver a fully operational trailer with complete documentation.
- Ongoing Cooperation – The carrier operates with their own tractor unit and ADR-certified driver, while our dedicated dispatcher coordinates routes and transport orders. Beyond the agreed €/km rate, TABUN covers costs such as cleaning, tunnels, and ferry crossings. We also take care of technical inspections, insurance, and additional certifications.
