International Freight Forwarder Assistant – Mielec, Tanker Transport

We are looking for ambitious young candidates for the position of International Freight Forwarder Assistant – specializing in chemical (ADR) and FOOD tank transport.

Responsibilities (under the supervision of a Coordinating Freight Forwarder):

• Maintaining regular contact with clients and carriers, monitoring transport progress.
• Coordinating transport order execution and ensuring timely delivery.
• Recording, administrating, and reporting orders; preparing tenders and executing new long-term contracts.
• Acquiring new clients and carriers, participating in business meetings. Creating profitability reports for the department.

Requirements:

• Very good command of English (minimum B2); part of the interview will be conducted in English.
• Accuracy, responsibility, and strong communication skills.
• Good organizational skills and ability to work in a team.
• Valid driving license (category B).
• Young candidates from Mielec and nearby – on-site work.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Experience with freight forwarding software.
• Students or graduates in logistics or related fields, and candidates with experience in the TSL sector.
