As J.W. Goethe once said, “He who moves not forward goes backward.”. Our company is focused on the continuous development of the employees. Therefore, on 31.07 and 01.08 we had the pleasure to participate in a training on selling TSL services, which was led for us by an instructor Dawid Wardin. He is also the author of one of the most popular books in the TSL industry, The rate is not enough. During the training, we learned about the best strategies, methods, and tools to develop the customer portfolio. We learned how to acquire, maintain and constantly develop relationships with our clients. We constantly practice the gained knowledge in our daily work.
